No events are sent for current pin.
I/O pin can still be switched to input mode with the help
of GPIO_SET_CFG command.
The input values can be obtained with the help of GPIO_GET_VAL command.
Byte 5: DEBOUNCE and Byte 6: REPEAT are ignored and will be reset to 0.
